Egidio è uno dei locali più conosciuti della città di Latina non solo per la sua longevità (dal 1978) ma soprattutto per la sua ottima cucina genuina.

Oggi come ieri ricerchiamo i prodotti più genuini, rispolveriamo le vecchie ricette delle nonne e proviamo a riproporvele.

Formaggi e Salumi Selezionati Pasta fresca, sughi con lenta e lunga cottura. Pietanze a base di pesce ed arrosti vari. Ovviamente da non trascurare l'evoluzione di Egidio che negli anni è diventato oltre che ristorante, anche braceria dove le braci ardenti per la ciccia la fanno da padrone, e pizzeria con forno a legna. Tutto seguito dai dolci sempre di nostra produzione. Che altro dire……… Veniteci a trovare.

Volare Restaurants Ltd has been trading since 2007, and still improving the customer experience as the restaurant has been refurbished with a new suspended ceiling and a new bar... We always strive to give you the best Italian produce at  good value for money during these times of economic hardship. Partners and Hosts Onofrio Maimone and Cinzia Lopalco say "When you come to our place, we'll make all efforts to make sure you feel like you are on holiday in Italy for as long as your stay!".

Onofrio is from Sicily and has an extensive experience in catering. He's been working in the trade all his life and is the chef/proprietor of the establishment.

Cinzia is from Puglia and has been managing holiday farms, where she's learnt the trade and all the aspects of day to day running of kitchen and front of house. In the kitchen, Jason Maimone is our head chef in the kitchen and has followed in Onofrios footsteps and has learnt everything there is to know from his father, he is very talented, very motivated to keep high standards and eager to takeover one day along with his wife Victoria Maimone who is once again very talented in the front of house and she strives to make everyone feel welcomeand enjoy their meal or special occasions with us

At Volare, we have excellent food and a large Wine list to choose from. We source our ingredients locally and the rest is imported from Italy through a network of leading distributors.All this mixed with family style service gives you a true authentic taste of real Italy!

Live music, hip hop, balli caraibici, dance anni Settanta e Ottanta, ma anche canoa, equitazione, fly e wakeboard, cable wake up, pedalò e solarium. Sono le diverse della Pasquetta firmata “El Primero Club”, nell’Ecoparco del Mediterraneo (via Fiumitello II in località Mezzagni a Castel Volturno).

La location propone un Lunedì in Albis, con eventi per grandi e più piccoli, in programma dalle 9 a mezzanotte, immersi nel verde a pochi chilometri dal centro di Napoli.

I più piccoli avranno a disposizione aree di giochi gonfiabili e animatori; gli adulti che potranno cimentarsi con attività sportive o “dance”, a bordo della “piscina galleggiante” sul lago o preferire escursioni a piedi o in bici.

Il tutto accompagnato dalle note live di Kiu&Solea e dalla selezioni sonore del dj Mr Charlie. 

Ampio spazio anche al gusto, per chi non intende rinunciare all’inossidabile pic nic di Pasquetta.

Il patron SEVERINO BASSANI è un pizzaiolo italiano che ha iniziato l'avventura a Shanghai nel 2004 portando tutto il suo amore e la sua passione per il cibo italiano. Ben noto tra le comunità occidentali e cinesi, Severino è uno dei nomi più famosi di Shanghai per il cibo italiano originale. 

Nel cuore di Santa Maria della Versa, lo Chef Alessandro Folli e la sua brigata vogliono valorizzare le materie prime offerte dal territorio con un tocco di originalità e innovazione.

Enotria
Enotria war eine alte Bevölkerungsgruppe, die dem Vorrömischen zugeordnet war. Die Enotri lebten um das 15. Jahrhundert vor Christus in einem Gebiet von beträchtlicher Größe.

Enotria ist nach Enotro, dem Prinz von Arkadien und Sohn Lycains benannt. Es umfasst die heutigen Regionen Basilikata, Kampanien und Kalabrien.

Enotria galt als das Land des Weines, des Wohlergehens, der Harmonie und der Idylle. Sein König Italo war ein weiser und hoch geschätzter Herrscher. Zu seinen Ehren erhielt das heutige Italien seinen Namen.

Die Vorzüge des damaligen Enotria möchten auch wir als Team „Enotria da Miri“ Ihnen näher bringen. Wir wünschen Ihnen einen angenehmen und genussvollen Aufenthalt.

Oggi il quartiere Trastevere è tra i più belli e caratteristici di Roma, fulcro della vita notturna ed eventi enogastronomici. Il Ristorante La Canonica nasce da un chiesa sconsacrata ed è una delle “osterie” più antiche di Trastevere.
